Online Store Sales Dashboard 2024
As you can see the dashboard is structured in 4 dashboards using the navigation buttons.
1) Summary Dashboard
Get a high-level snapshot of your business performance—total sales, profit, quantities, and shipping costs—all in one place. A bar chart compares actual vs. forecasted monthly revenue, while the map and product/category breakdowns reveal where and how you’re generating the most sales.
2) Analysis Dashboard
Dive into category performance, payment preferences, and the impact of discounts on pricing. A stacked bar chart displays how different payment methods drive total sales across categories, and the scatter plot highlights relationships between prices, discounts, and product types. The map offers a geographic view for spotting regional trends

3) Orders Dashboard
Track your monthly order volumes against forecasts to understand market demand. High-level metrics—like Average Order Value (AOV), returns rate, and shipping costs—give you quick insights into profitability. The hex map and category sales charts help pinpoint best-selling regions and products.

4) Satisfaction (Reviews) Dashboard
Monitor customer feedback and ratings at a glance, from overall star averages to the number of orders tied to each rating. A time-series chart compares total sales to those with 4+ star reviews, while category and payment method tiles reveal what drives higher satisfaction. Use these insights to boost customer loyalty.
